Misty and Michaels Story
Misty and Michael reached out to me in 2020 to shoot their small back yard wedding. This was in the height of covid and like most of my couples, rescheduling or changing what you envisioned for your big day was just part of getting married in the covid era.
This however, was not there small backyard wedding.
After they received the pictures from their wedding ceremony, they reached out again and said that they loved working with me so much and I had especially made Misty feel so at ease in front of the camera that they wanted me to shoot their actual big wedding day in 2021 as well!
I feel so honored when my clients use me for their legacy images and then continue to reach out to me for future events. There is no greater compliment then to be hired again and again.
Misty held on to this dress in her closet for two years, waiting to walk down the isle in it, only this time she walked with Michael to the alter. Since they had already had a ceremony the prior year, they looked to this like vow renewal in front of their extended friends and family.
Michael’s father is a florist and an extremely amazing one at that, Misty’s bouquet was exquisite as were all the flowers at the reception. He and his wife even made a mossy moose for the Bride and Groom in memory of their many hikes and adventures together.
Seeing my couples have their wedding day go as planned is a dream, seeing them be able to do it twice is priceless.
